We have learned that customers often move because their leases have expired or outgrown their existing building(s). We cater for such clients: both the moving of existing equipment and the removal of all old cabling (to return the building to a pre-cable state).
We are seeing that customers are downscaling and not requiring as much rack spacing due to equipment being more compact and technology being much better. We can sometimes offer good prices to clear their building as we can often recover some cost from the scrap value of cable.
